Some bands just seem to get all the breaks and Martian seems to be one of them. They got a big start opening for Knapsack the summer of '95 and played their second show opening for Engine Kid and Iceburn. With a little encouragement from myself, Meat Records was convinced to let Martian be the second single that they would release. The great thing about Martian is that whenever they play a show oodle's of cute high school girls are bound to show up decked out in the latest indie style garb. Why I don't know, but I'm not gonna complain? While most Fargo bands are doing the AmRep thing, Martian is cruising along playing 3-chord punk and not being ashamed of it. Word on the street is that Martian and Trans Am are looking to release a split 10" sometime in '96.
"My Favorite..." 4-song 7"single (Meat Records/200 pressed)
